【Production Time】Estimated 1 month for handcrafted items. IItems in stock are dispatched within 7 days.
【Delivery Options】
For your convenience, we provide two shipping methods:
Standard Delivery: Yunexpress (duty-free, estimated 5-10 working days).
Express Delivery: FedEx (approximately 3-5 working days, import taxes may apply, additional fee of $65).

1. The material is made of food-grade soft resin material, which is skin-friendly.
2. It is suitable for swimming please air-dry promptly after use and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight.
3. This product is handcrafted and will not fade or deform, with slight variations in each production. The production time usually takes 1 month. Please do not rush the order and understand that there may be imperfections in handmade products.
4. Iridescent hues with color differences under different lighting conditions (indoor light/sunlight)
5. Color customization is available. If you need to customize the color, please contact our customer service or make a note when placing an order. We will actively contact you.
【Return and Exchange Policy】
Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury handcrafted products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once shipped, unless the product is defective. Please review product details and images thoroughly before ordering.

*Custom-sized/colored products.
*Inaccurate customer-provided measurements, colors, or style selections.
*Packages signed for more than 3 days ago.
*Removed anti-counterfeit buckles.
*Minor variations or natural flaws in handcrafted items.
*Delays caused by global courier services.
*Customer-inflicted product damage.
*Orders already in production (within 2 days of payment).
*Refusal to pay import duties.
*Incorrectly provided addresses or unacknowledged package receipts.
*Post-dispatch address changes are the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the courier, including any associated costs.
*Customers who engage in unwarranted abuse or insults towards our customer service staff will not be eligible for refunds and will face permanent prohibition from future purchases.
*After product shipment, customers who file groundless bank chargebacks, including claims of unauthorized payments or card theft, will also not be eligible for refunds.

For eligible returns/exchanges, contact customer service with clear defect photos. If not Noticeable manufacturing/shipping defects, customers bear return shipping costs with a trackable courier. Returns without tracking are not acknowledged, and losses are the customer's responsibility. Upon return receipt and quality verification, we process exchanges or partial refunds (deducting initial shipping costs).
